For sons, daughters, and families

You don't have to be the family tech support.

If your parent keeps calling you about their phone, computer, email, printer, or television, I can help. I work with them one-on-one, in their home, and at their pace.

Canadian owned and operated. Serving the Western GTA.

They deal with me.
I'm Mark. I answer the enquiry and I provide the help.
No judgement.
I don't mind repeating something or explaining it another way.
Their passwords stay theirs.
I never ask them to give me their passwords or PINs.

A little less tech support for you

Give them someone local they can call.

You may be able to fix the problem yourself. The problem is that you're at work, putting the kids to bed, making dinner, or living three provinces away.

I can sit down with your parent and work through what they need help with. That might be fixing something, setting something up, or showing them how to do it themselves.

Phones, tablets, and computersHelp with settings, apps, email, photos, files, and things that suddenly look different.
Staying connectedVideo calls, texting, WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and sharing photos.
Staying safer onlineScam messages, strange pop-ups, passwords, privacy settings, and websites that don't look right.
Learning, not dependenceI want them to feel more comfortable doing things themselves after I leave.

Quick family enquiry

Tell me who needs help.

You don't need to know exactly what the problem is. A few sentences is enough.

Please don't send passwords, PINs, banking information, or other private account details through this form.

One important point

Your parent is still my customer.

You can make the introduction or pay for the visit, but I work with your parent, not around them. I explain what I'm doing, respect their choices, and don't take control of their accounts.
